Customer requirement

1) The customer requires the maximum speed of the machine to reach 400m/min

2) To cut printing paper, high accuracy is required

3) The minimum inner diameter of the reel is 2.5 inches

Our solutions 

1) Add 3 servo motors to the machine to upgrade the original 200 speed to 400 speed

2) Replace EPC correction with CCD correction, CCD correction with display screen, which can better correct the printing materials

3) We have equipped the customer with an additional 2.5 "inner diameter inflating shaft for winding, the standard is to come with 2 and 3" winding reel on the machine
